This is a combination of proofreading and moderate copy editing. I will review for the following:

• Grammar, spelling, and punctuation

• Word choice

• Syntax

• Repetition and awkward phrasing

• Dialogue punctuation

• Typos

• Formatting issues

• Some fact-checking

Basic proofreading is the last step to catch and correct mistakes. At this point, your manuscript should have already been LINE and/or COPY EDITED. This pass will NOT correct fundamental grammar and punctuation issues.

I will review for:

• Typos and misused words

• Missing words

• Continuity issues

• Consistent spelling, punctuation

• Basic formatting issues
